Effective immediately, Inscriptions Literary no longer represents Ron Tripodo or the literary work titled When No One Else Believed. All agency services, obligations, and professional affiliations with the above‑named author and work have been formally concluded.
Rights and Responsibilities
- Inscriptions Literary holds no continuing authority to act on behalf of Ron Tripodo or to negotiate, license, sell, or otherwise manage rights related to When No One Else Believed.
- Any inquiries regarding the author or the work must be directed to the author or his designated representative, if any.
Legal Notice to Third Parties
Individuals, agencies, publishers, producers, or other entities who may seek to represent or engage in business dealings with Ron Tripodo or When No One Else Believed are advised of the following:
- Inscriptions Literary makes no representations or warranties regarding the author’s current contractual status, rights ownership, or professional obligations.
- Due diligence is strongly recommended before entering into any agreement, including verification of rights, authorship, and any prior contractual commitments.
- No party may rely on any past association between the author and Inscriptions Literary as evidence of current endorsement, authority, or professional standing.
This announcement is issued solely for the purpose of clarifying the termination of representation and protecting all parties from potential misunderstandings. It should not be interpreted as commentary on the author’s character, conduct, or the quality of his work.
